• Reception and information office in the 3,000-sq.m. Great Hall, provides maps and general information... plus the possibility of hiring binoculars.
• A bureau de change can be found in the small hall inside the racecourse. Cash dispensers are available on-site.
• Souvenir shops offering a range of "Prix d'Amérique Marionnaud" derivative products.

RER
Line A: direction Boissy Saint Léger - Stop: Joinville Le Pont - Exit car park RER Free shuttles from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.. Coaches provide the return journey along the same route. Coaches are parked in front of the Owners' entrance to the racecourse.
Departures from 4.30 p.m., until the final race's winnings are paid out

By underground:
Line no.1 - stop: Château de Vincennes terminus. Take bus no.112 - get out at Joinville Le Pont RER stop. Turn right into the Route de la Ferme and continue until you reach the racecourse.

By car

• Direction A4 motorway. Exit: Joinville le Pont - Racecourse signposted.
• Direction ring-road or Boulevard des Maréchaux. Exit: Porte Dorée or Porte de Vincennes - Direction Château de Vincennes .
